yeah, lets diet

Hey everyone, Dad made a comment tonight after we had just eaten a huge supper at the lamplight that he needed to loose weight, then I read Wendy's blog and she mentioned Weight Watchers, so I think that we are ready to go to it. We do need support from each other. I am still sitting here feeling quite uncomfortable.
I am doing a little sewing for John and Trish. It is looking like I might get the business back, so I don't know what my life will be like a month from now.
I think that it is about time to set down in my recliner couch and watch our new tv. I may become an addict with such a nice picture. I even had a short nap this afternoon. This life style will be hard to break is I keep doing this.
