I weighed in on Thursday morning and I am at 157.5. The fancy scales sound good, perhaps I better get one too. I have been trying not to munch inbetween meals, and I did 2.5 miles on the bicycle this morning. I don't know anything about the points, etc. so we will try to get started our own way. I know that during the holidays will be difficult, so I probably won't get off to too good of a start. Dad is trying not to eat between meals either. I have to not buy goodies, they are our killers. No more chips, cookies,etc. for now. I just went to the store and picked up more fruit, juices, etc. Keeping Karl going will be the test.
