Hooray! Weekend's almost here. Hopefully I can finish up some stuff and relax a bit next week.
I talked to Stacy this morning and we were talking WW. I thought maybe I could share a few things that helped me out. My favorite snack, cause you know you need a late-nite yummy, was to make up some Sugar Free Jello pudding in the cheesecake flavor. Made with skim milk it's only 3 points. You can top it with fat free cool whip or a bit of crushed graham cracker or a sprinkle of granola.....yum and it counts towards your milk totals. That's the one that is the hardest for me.
In looking back at some of my food journals, I relied a lot on Kashi crackers for snacks, Sf jello and pudding, fat free hot dogs, lo point tortillas to make sandwiches, fat free sour cream. I did lots of stir-fried veggies to get my oil in me. That's the only way I can eat zucchini. Oh, and also the WalMart verson of Crystal Light lemonade. Only 5 cal per cup, so no points. WW also makes some good cereals that WalMart carries.
I wasn't so good yesterday, but after talking to Stacy I'm feeling bad and want to do better. If I don't journal, I'm toast, so I have to write every bite down. I also feel like such a slug, since she gets up at 4:stinking 30 in the morning to exercise and I can't manage to do anything. I can't really blame it on Soren anymore either...definitely need to work on it.
Our 2x4's came today so we can start framing walls. So exciting. Now if only the weather will cooperate this afternoon. Doug can't come til after lunch today.
