I love my scale!

Well I got my scale yesterday! I love it! I paid $40.00 on amazon...it's a Tanita Inner Scan Body Composition Monitor...anyway, it is well worth $40 to me! I don't think Karla is as impressed...she doesn't like knowing all the information it calculates. It stores memory for 4 different people..and has a guest feature for someone that wants to know all the info once. These are all the things it calculates: Body fat %, % of total body water, Muscle Mass, Physique Rating, Visceral Fat, Daily Caloric Intake(tells how many calories you could have/day to maintain your current weight), Bone Mass, and it calculates your Metabolic Age! I thought all were very acurate and usefull! It's pretty too! It measures to a tenth of a pound. I did some research on the different scales...you can definately spend a bundle on these styles of scales. The more expensive ones did not have as good of ratings as the less expensive ones. So if any of you are considering buying one..I would recommend the one I bought!
We are surviving..ok. Tilly and I have colds and Laila has a sinus infection! So we are all drinking down some syrup...and it knocks me out from time to time!..I don't think it knocks the kids out however! We spent the night at Karla's last night..she and I played Guitar Hero for a while and this morning Allie and I played some Dance Dance Revolution! That is a fun way to work up to a sweat!
Well Kass, I will be chopping off my hair on Monday..I wasn't happy about it at first but it is starting to sound nice!
We have been assigned to Judge Valdez...which I hear will definately be in our favor! We can only hope so. Our new trial date is January 18th at 11:30. Keep us in your prayers...we need all the support we can get!
Well, the girlies are asking me to set up Guitar Hero for them so I better go! Love ya, Wendy...oh, P.S. I am down 4.6 pounds! YEAH...that is accourding to my new scale and going off of my weight at the beginning on my old scale so it could be a little off....but I will take it!
