Good Day, eh?

Wow, I had no idea they would take that many. I hope that your discomfort/pain is not too bad, Wendy. And that would be oh, so nice if Ricky would just sign away his rights. That would be one less hurdle to jump next week. Praying that all goes well with everything and that you can move on out of this limbo state you've sort of been living in. That you can move ahead with Laila's adoption and that you can be prego right away and move ahead with that event too. Love ya! Hang in there! See you tomorrow.

I had a fun job today. I went through a huge pile of cards and letters I have been saving for eons. Lots of letters from you, Mom, from when I was first married and also living in AZ. I'm going to put them in sheet protectors and in their own binder. It's like a journal of your life. I had quite a few from Grandma too, so I'm going to do the same thing with those. Still trying to decide what to do with Christmas cards and letters from many years. I might save one or two to put in a 'Friends' album I have in mind to do, but dump the rest. I'm slowly learning to let go of some things, and to be choosier about what I keep. But it was quite the trip down memory lane today. Brought back so many memories. Now I know where these things are and I can access them to use them in albums.

Travel safe Mom. See you tomorrow evening. We will have roast and potatoes and such here if you'd like to eat with us. You too, Ben and Wendy. At the very least come have dessert with us!

Good Night!
